-
If pregnant: No, Psychedelics and ketamine are not recommended during pregnancy. If you are in this stage, Michelle can provide psychotherapy and other forms of support tailored to your needs. If you anticipate you may need KAP postpartum, you can utilize your time during pregnancy to adequately prepare for your KAP journey.
If breastfeeding: Yes, Ketamine has been shown to be safe for use while breastfeeding when a mother follows a 12 hour pump and dump protocol after dosing. Read more here.

Integration therapy helps you make sense of insights from psychedelic experiences and apply them meaningfully to daily life. It turns moments of expanded awareness into lasting growth and healing.
-
That’s completely fine. Psychedelics are only one part of Psychey’s offerings. Many clients work solely with traditional psychotherapy or perinatal mental health support. Therapy is always tailored to your comfort and goals.
-
No, we do not directly accept insurance for services. However, Psychey can submit for out of network coverage on your behalf and/or provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. CareCredit financing and self-pay options are also available.
-
Michelle offers both in-person therapy at her New Hope, PA office and virtual sessions for Pennsylvania residents. Some services, like dosing for KAP, may also take place in partnership with local clinics.
-
Before starting KAP, you’ll complete a medical evaluation with a partnering prescriber to ensure it’s safe and appropriate. Michelle will also guide you through preparation sessions to help you decide if it’s the right fit.
-
Your first session is a chance to share your story, explore your goals, and ask questions. Together, you’ll decide which approach—psychotherapy, integration, or perinatal support—best meets your needs.
Whether you are seeking support as a new parent, working through the complexities of your mental health, or integrating a psychedelic journey, Psychey offers a space for growth and healing.
Your path Forward.
