Michelle pulls on over 18 years of infant and mother support as a postpartum doula and her current practice as a perinatal psychotherapist to support you in all the beautiful gray areas of your breastfeeding journey. Your physical and mental health matter when considering the health of your infant. Together, we will work to create feeding plans and routines that center BOTH mother/parent and baby’s well being.
While Michelle is trained to provide general support for all facets of lactation, she prides herself in supporting parents who are struggling to find balance when they have concerns for their mental health, have physical limitations, are overwhelmed by complex feeding issues or infant health concerns, struggling with low supply or insufficient glandular tissue, feeding multiples, combination feeding with formula and/or bottles of pumped or donated milk, and much more.
